Can you ship international orders?
Answer: We can ship to Australia, Canada, the United States, and its territories.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Answer: Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools, government departments and businesses. Simply fax or mail your purchase order to us. If your order is under $49, please use our website's shipping estimator to get a cost for shipping and include the additional amount in your payment. Please note: To provide the best shopping experience, we currently do not accept outside shipping accounts or freight pickup.
Are you selling wholesale to companies?
Answer: We are not currently offering wholesale accounts, but we offer wholesale-related inquiries discounts. If you would like more information, contact our Customer Service Team.
How can I find out how much the shipping cost of my order is going to be?
Answer: After you have all of the items added to your shopping cart, click on the view cart button in the top right corner of the website. On this page, there's a place for you to type in your zip code to view shipping rates of UPS & USPS. Remember, orders over $49 automatically receive free shipping.
I don't like ordering over the internet, can I mail in my order?
Answer: Yes, you can mail in your order to our mailing address listed above. Remember to include your full address, how you would like the order to be shipped and all of the item's part numbers that you wish to order along with quantities. Remember to use the website's shipping and tax calculator so your check/money order is made out for the correct amount. Make checks payable to: Everything Vacuums.
I see a spot during checkout where I can enter a coupon code, where can I get these codes?
Answer: You can either like us on facebook to receive special promotions and coupons, or subscribe to our newsletter. We try to email coupon codes to our newsletter subscribers twice per month.
What payment types are you currently accepting?
Answer: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, & Affirm are accepted on our website. For US orders only we also accept checks, checks for cashiers, money orders and purchase orders.
How do I return an item that I have ordered?
Answer: You can see our returns policy on the returns policy page.
Do you offer new or used parts?
Answer: We do not sell used parts; all parts sold on our website are brand new.
Can I ship you my machine for repair, or can you find a place for me to get it repaired?
Answer: We do not offer machine repair at this time, nor do we keep a list of repair facilities in the US.
How do I change my order after it has already been placed?
Answer: You can call our Customer Service Team and change anything on your order if your order has not been shipped or sent to the shipping department.
Where is my model number located on my machine?
Answer: The brand and the year of the machine will depend on where the model number location is. Your machines model number would either be on the right side of the on/off switch or the back of your machine. You can contact customer service if you are having problems finding the machines model number.
